A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Zandra has served as a legal assistant to attorneys in Boca Raton, Florida for over 34 years. Zandra has assisted counsel in litigation cases and participated with attorneys in the fields of probate and estate planning. However, Zandra’s strength lies in her extensive knowledge and experience in all matters involving real estate. Zandra has been a licensed Florida Title Agent since 1995 and has overseen the documentation and settlements of a variety of transactions ranging from cash and mortgage-financed residential real estate closings to large commercial sales and acquisitions, construction contracting, and land use and development projects, including providing the documentation and title insurance requirements for complex loan arrangements related to such transactions.
