Eric R. Kemper was born and raised in Boca Raton, receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Kemper earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kemper practiced medical provider reimbursement litigation at a boutique firm in Boca Raton, in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Kemper now represents individuals and corporations alike in commercial transactions and litigation. Mr. Kemper also represents buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. Mr. Kemper is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
