Thomas U. Graner graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and graduated with honors from Florida State University, College of Law. His practice includes the representation of corporate and individual clients in wide-ranging commercial and business transactions. Mr. Graner represents clients in courts throughout the State of Florida and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Mr. Graner represents diverse businesses and industries, including manufacturing, distributing, service corporations, real estate and leasing companies, commercial landlords and tenants, lenders and title insurance agents. This includes the representation of clients in all aspects of contract negotiations, resolutions and disputes.

Steven K. Platzek received his Juris Doctorate in 2004 from the Benjamin N. Cardoza School of Law, New York, NY, and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Miami. Mr. Platzek’s areas of concentration include all aspects of civil litigation from pre-suit negotiation through trial, real estate transactions, business law, and personal injury claims. Mr. Platzek represents corporate clients and individuals in a variety of different business disputes, including complex commercial litigation, business torts, foreclosure, landlord/tenant, restrictive covenants, contract actions, employment matters, pre-judgment and post-judgment collection. Mr. Platzek is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Douglas S. Allison brings to the firm a background in economics and mathematics, having earned his Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Mr. Allison earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, where he was awarded a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law and participated in the Fredric G. Levin College of Law Environmental and Land Use Law Program. Mr. Allison represents individual and corporate clients and other business entities in a wide variety of civil matters, with a focus on commercial representation, including litigation. Mr. Allison is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
